GENERAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION

What are the conference dates and location?

The conference will be held Tuesday, September 9 – Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at The Alexander, 333 South Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204

What are the conference dates and location?

Pre-conferences, set up, networking dinners, and early badge pick up begin on Monday, September 8. General sessions occur between Tuesday morning with breakfast beginning at 7AM through Wednesday afternoon concluding at 4PM. Evening reception & networking occurs on Tuesday. Refer to the agenda page for the complete schedule of events.

Will conference presentation be available? 

Selective presentations will be available via email communications after the summit.

Registration and Attendee Information

All registrations are subject to approval and Authenticx, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason. Canceled registrations will have their event registration fee refunded if applicable. No refunds will be made for travel, room, or any other direct or indirect expenses. 

What is the cost to attend?

Conference registration is complimentary for individuals. All registrations are subject to Authenticx approval. 

What is included in registration? 

Your conference badge provides full access to all agenda events, private meetings, networking events, and meals. 

How many meals are included with registration? 

Breakfast and lunch will be served on Tuesday & Wednesday. An evening reception will be offered on Tuesday. Please refer to the agenda for times and locations. 

I need to book a hotel room. How do I book a hotel room for Voices25?

Once you registered, a confirmation email was sent to you. Please review this email and click on the portal to book your hotel room through The Alexander booking link. If you need assistance, please reach out to kayci.spandau@authenticx.com.

When does the discount end for hotel rooms? 

Deadline to book at the discounted rate at the Alexander is Monday, August 11th at 5pm EST. After this date, hotel rooms will be based on availability and current marketing pricing. 

What airport should I fly into? 

Please fly into Indianapolis International Airport (IND). The airport is 15-20 minutes away from the Alexander. Uber and Lyft are recommended for transportation to and from the airport and hotel.
