Voices 25 will be held at The Alexander (Marriott property) from September 8 - 10, 2025. The ONLY way to secure a hotel room in the official Voices25 room block is to book early via the hotel link in your registration confirmation email. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, click on “BOOK YOUR ROOM NOW”. 

We encourage early registration. The conference rate ends on Monday, August 11th and may sell out early due to high demand.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card

To maximize your Voices25 experience, plan your travel to arrive Monday, September 8 taking advantage to connect with your Authenticx team and be ready for our morning start on Tuesday.

Plan your travel to depart the evening of Wednesday, September 10, allowing full participation Wednesday in a full day of sessions and networking.

The Alexander is located at 333 South Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Indianapolis International Airport is a quick 20-minute ride to the Alexander.
